Meeting Minutes:
1. Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm.
2. Manzello briefed the Board on the April 3rd meeting results with Bob Martin,
Bolton's DOR account rep for the 2009 triennial revaluation/certification.
3. Manzello also provided the Board with analysis results of neighborhood
classifications and consolidation recommendations.
4. Manzello briefed the Board on the 2007 sales and ratio studies analysis.
5. Disposition of general administrative business and signatures.
6. Meeting adjourned 7:00 pm, motion by Nichols, second by Johnson. Next
meeting TBD.
